AgroReports.org Terms and conditions

1. Prices

The products are supplied at the rates shown on the customer dashboard, at the time of the order by the seller. Prices are in Euros VAT included.
Out of the validity period the seller reserves the right to modify the prices at any time. Payment is made using Stripe.com.
An invoice is generated by Stripe.com for the customer when the payment is completed.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

2. Multiple accounts & automation

• It is forbidden to create multiple accounts. It is forbidden to scrape or use automated software to interact with AgroReports. You're accounts can be suspended and blocked and you're person/company blacklisted.
  If you have special needs, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.

3. Delivery

Usually reports are generated and the email is send in less than 15 minutes. If a technical problem occurs we try our best for you to receive the report within 72 hours after payment.

3.1 Bugs

Please note that this platform is currently under development. As such, occasional bugs or inaccuracies may occur within the generated reports. If you encounter any issues or suspect an error in your report, please notify us immediately. We are committed to providing accurate data and will gladly provide a corrected report at no additional cost upon verification of the bug.

4. Refund

We don't do cash refund. But if you have a problem, please contact the support : contact@agroreports.org, we will be happy to help by generating new reports.

5. GDPR

If you want an archive of you data or delete all your data, please contact our service by mail: contact@agroreports.org.
